GUIDE TO USING THE ELECTRONIC BRACELET

Dear guest, to facilitate your stay, the Aquafarm Water Park has created an innovative electronic payment system. Below is all the information necessary for the correct use of your electronic bracelet.

HOW DOES IT WORK

At the entrance you will have the opportunity to request a prepaid electronic bracelet.

WHAT IT'S ABOUT

The bracelet will be your electronic "wallet": you can load an amount of your choice which will allow you to make purchases within the Park. The collection of your bracelet requires the payment of a deposit of €1.00. AFTER MAKING PURCHASES INSIDE THE PARK, UPON RETURN OF THE BRACELET YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE REMAINING CREDIT PLUS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT OF 1.00 euro.

LET'S GIVE AN EXAMPLE

If the amount you wish to top up is €10.00 and the cost of the deposit is €1.00, the actual credit available on the bracelet will be €9.00.

TAKE A MINUTE TO REGISTER YOUR BRACELET; IT WILL BE IMPORTANT TO GIVE IT A "NAME" (IT COULD BE YOUR NAME OR A FICTITIOUS NAME) WHICH WILL ALLOW US, IN THE EVENT OF LOSS, TO BLOCK IT IN REAL TIME AND TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE WITH THE RELEVANT CREDIT THAT EXISTED BEFORE THE LOSS.

Before making a purchase, remember to check the credit on the bracelet. The balance is shown on each receipt issued at the time of purchase and in any case can be requested at any point of sale.

IF THE CREDIT IS NOT ENOUGH, THE BRACELET CAN BE TOP UP AT THE PARK RECEPTION.
